These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of crystalcitydesigns.com and your purchase of products from Crystal City Designs. By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our policies incorporated by reference.
1. Store operator and contact

2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing current, complete, and accurate account, billing, delivery, and contact information and for safeguarding any account credentials.
3. Products and availability
We offer live orchid arrangements, artificial orchid arrangements, crystal-accented arrangements, and related goods. Products may be limited in quantity and can be changed, substituted where expressly disclosed, or discontinued. We make reasonable efforts to display colors, proportions, and details accurately, but screens and photography can affect appearance.
Live orchids are naturally unique. Bloom color, flower or bud count, stem and leaf shape, height, and minor cosmetic characteristics vary from plant to plant and are not guaranteed to be identical to photographs. Artificial and handmade arrangements may also show reasonable variations in placement and finish.
4. Orders, acceptance, and payment
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, delivery restrictions, product unavailability, or inability to safely ship a live plant. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping, local delivery, and other charges are shown before the order is submitted when required. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout.
5. Live plants and care
Live orchids are living, perishable products. Their condition after delivery depends on handling, temperature, light, watering, humidity, and other environmental factors. Care information is general guidance and does not guarantee a particular bloom duration or plant lifespan. Arrival claims and final-sale terms are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
6. Shipping and local delivery
Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
When local delivery is offered at checkout, it may be performed by our personnel or an independent delivery provider. The customer must provide a complete address, access instructions, a working telephone number, and a recipient who can accept the order when required. Availability, delivery area, timing, and fees are shown at checkout and may vary by address and order.
7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Live orchids and customized arrangements have special restrictions because of their perishable or made-to-order nature.
8. Promotions and gift messages
Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to their stated conditions and may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawful content of gift messages. We may decline to include content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate.
9. Intellectual property
The website and its text, photographs, graphics, logos, product presentation, arrangement designs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Crystal City Designs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited uses
You may not use the website or services unlawfully; infringe another person’s rights; submit false, fraudulent, harmful, or misleading information; interfere with the website’s security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or harvest data in violation of applicable law or our posted access controls; or attempt unauthorized access to an account or system.
11. Third-party services and Shopify
The website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, carriers, local-delivery providers, and other applications. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.
Crystal City Designs is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the online store. Purchases from this store are made directly with Crystal City Designs, not Shopify. Shopify is not responsible for the products, fulfillment, or transactions between you and Crystal City Designs, except to the extent required by applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Shopify and other service providers may process information as necessary to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crystal City Designs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or purchase of a product. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Crystal City Designs for reasonable losses and costs arising from your unlawful use of the services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any mandatory consumer rights available in the place where you reside remain unaffected.
16. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
