Crystal City Designs offers both live Phalaenopsis arrangements and premium artificial arrangements. Every product page identifies the type.

Do you sell artificial orchids?

Yes. They are presented as Everlasting Orchids and clearly disclosed as artificial orchid arrangements.

How large are the arrangements?

Dimensions vary by design. Each product page shows approximate height and planter dimensions when available.

Will my live orchid look exactly like the photo?

No. Bloom shape, stem position, leaf size, coloration, and height naturally vary.

Are crystal accents included?

When included, the product page lists the crystal accent. Crystal accents are decorative and not for consumption.

How do I care for a live orchid?

Can I send an arrangement as a gift?

Yes. Gift-ready options are collected on our Gifts page.

Where do you ship?

Available destinations, methods, and charges are shown at checkout. Live-plant shipments may be limited by weather or destination restrictions.

What happens during extreme heat or cold?

We may hold a live-plant shipment when weather could threaten plant quality.

What if my order arrives damaged?

For a live orchid, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For an artificial arrangement, contact us within 7 days. Keep the item and packaging and send your order number with clear photographs. See our Refund Policy.

Are live plants returnable?

Live orchids are perishable and final sale. Qualifying arrival concerns are handled under our Refund Policy.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes. Local delivery is available for eligible addresses within 6 miles of 426 NE 26th St, Miami. The fee is $15 per order, with no minimum order. Eligibility is confirmed at checkout.
