Yes. They are presented as Everlasting Orchids and clearly disclosed as premium artificial orchid arrangements.

How large are the arrangements?

Dimensions vary by design. Each product page will show approximate height and planter dimensions.

Will my live orchid look exactly like the photo?

No. Bloom shape, stem position, leaf size, coloration, and height naturally vary.

Are crystal accents included?

When included, the product page will list the crystal accent. Crystal accents are decorative and not for consumption.

How do I care for a live orchid?

Begin with the Orchid Care guide and follow the product-specific care details included with the arrangement.

Can I send an arrangement as a gift?

Gift-ready status and available gift-message options will be shown on each eligible product page.

Where do you ship?

Confirmed shipping regions will be published after carrier profiles and live-plant restrictions are finalized.

What happens during extreme heat or cold?

A live-plant shipment may be held when weather could threaten plant quality.

What if my orchid arrives damaged?

Keep the plant, packaging, and shipping label and photograph each clearly. Contact info@theroomcollective.shop promptly so the order can be reviewed.

Are live plants returnable?

Eligibility is governed by the published Live Plant Arrival and Returns policies.

Do you offer local delivery?

Local delivery is not currently enabled. Availability will be published if it is configured.
