This page explains the current shipping approach for Crystal City Designs. Product-specific options and charges are shown at checkout when available.

Live orchid shipping

Live orchids are planned to ship primarily Monday through Wednesday to reduce weekend carrier delays. Orders may be held when extreme heat, cold, or destination restrictions could threaten plant quality.

Everlasting orchid shipping

Premium artificial orchid arrangements do not require live-plant handling. Shipping options are calculated from the product and destination at checkout.

Delivery estimates

Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier conditions, weather, and destination restrictions can affect timing.

Local delivery

Local delivery is not currently enabled. If it becomes available, eligible areas and charges will appear during checkout.
