Live orchids

Do not return a live orchid without contacting support. For an arrival concern, follow the Live Plant Arrival Policy and keep the plant, packaging, and shipping label for review.

Everlasting orchid arrangements

Contact info@theroomcollective.shop before sending an item back. Return instructions and eligibility must be confirmed before shipment.

Review and resolution

Crystal City Designs reviews the order details and supporting information before approving a return, replacement, refund, or other resolution. No outcome is guaranteed before review.

Order changes

Contact support as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed. Changes are not guaranteed after preparation or fulfillment has begun.
