Live orchid arrangements

Live orchids are perishable and final sale. If a live orchid arrives dead, materially damaged, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of the carrier’s recorded delivery time. Include clear photographs of the full arrangement, the issue, the shipping box, and the shipping label. Keep the plant and all packaging while we review the claim.

Artificial orchid arrangements

Ready-to-ship artificial arrangements may be returned when requested within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original condition and packaging. Customized or made-to-order artificial arrangements are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect artificial arrangements

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
