Live Plant Arrival Policy

Live orchids naturally vary and may show minor changes after transit. This process is for significant arrival concerns.

Document the concern

Keep the orchid, interior and exterior packaging, and shipping label. Take clear photographs of the full arrangement, the affected area, the packaging, and the label before altering or discarding anything.

Contact support promptly

Email info@theroomcollective.shop with the order number, a description of the concern, and the photographs. A specific notification deadline has not yet been published.

Review before an outcome

Each concern is reviewed before a replacement, refund, or other resolution is approved. Submitting photographs does not by itself guarantee a particular outcome.

Natural variation

Bloom shape, stem position, leaf size, coloration, and height naturally vary. The living plant received will not be identical to the photographed plant.
